Most orders are shipped within 2-4 days from the time of order. Please expect your items to arrive within 7 days of placing your order. A small section of products may take 4-7 days to ship, however these items are marked as such. We ship all orders using either Fedex ground or USPS Priority Mail. This option is designated as the Standard Delivery option. We will compare both carriers' rates and choose which way to ship based on the size of your order.
At this time, we can only ship within the United States.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:We want you to be completely satisfied with your naturalwoof purchase. If, however, you find it necessary to return or exchange items, you may do so within 30 days of your original purchase. The items must be in original, resale condition.
Please contact us at returns@naturalwoof.com and include a list of what is being returned, why it is being returned, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If requesting an exchange please list the item you would like sent instead. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning or exchanging unless it is a manufacturing defect.
Damaged Items:If you feel that a product you purchased was either defective or damaged, please contact us at returns@naturalwoof.com and we will instruct you as to how to return the merchandise. In some cases, you will need to return the damaged item to us at no expense to you.
Restocking Fees:If you are returning an item without an exchange, there is a 15% restocking fee.
Some returns/exchanges on certain products will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Cancellation Policy:We require cancellation with 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Otherwise, a 50% restocking fee will be assessed. Please contact us at orders@naturalwoof.com
Order Status Notification:
We will send you a confirmation email at the time of your order, then you will receive an email notification with a tracking number or detailed info of the ship time and date.
